Some of the populations that we serve:

Seniors – enhancing and maintaining balance, alignment and cognition, in a fun and social environment.

Adults Recovering From Injuries (focusing on back problems) – using movement to deal with the psychological and physical effects of injuries.

Cancer Survivors – dance or yoga focusing on healing, wellness, courage, and positive body image.

Parents (caregivers) and kids – creative, upbeat, and fun movement classes for fitness and bonding.

Children – with imaginative use of rhythm, music and props to encourage creativity through dance and yoga.

Children with Special Needs – exploring movement to music, developing body awareness and fostering self-esteem.

Developmentally disabled teens/adults –  exploring movement concepts, strengthening the body and interacting with others.

Anyone who enjoys movement – from fun and energetic to slow and meditative (dance, yoga, FitRhythms™) facilitating stress reduction, rejuvenation and general well-being.

Types of programs offered:

  • Therapeutic and creative, modern dance.

  • Gentle and Therapeutic Yoga.

  • FitRhythms™ – a drumming and dance workoutkout

  • Individual private sessions.

  • On-site classes in schools, facilities, senior centers, and shelters.

  • Supervision and Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

  • Call for a schedule, or to discuss developing a new program or addressing an unmet need.
