using movement to deal with the psychological and physical effects of

dance or yoga focusing on healing, wellness, courage, and positive body
image.
Parents (caregivers) and kids –
creative, upbeat, and fun movement classes for fitness and bonding.
Children – with imaginative use of rhythm, music and props to encourage
creativity through dance and yoga.
Children with Special Needs – exploring movement to music, developing
body awareness and fostering self-esteem.
Developmentally disabled teens/adults –
exploring movement concepts, strengthening the body and interacting with
others.
Anyone who enjoys movement –
from fun and energetic to slow and meditative (dance, yoga, FitRhythms™)
facilitating stress reduction, rejuvenation and general well-being.
