Whether quiet stillness beckons, or a giant leap commands, Chance To DanceSM provides the room to move in whatever direction life takes you.

Chance To DanceSM – A creative, modern dance class for the developmentally disabled. Exploration of movement concepts, developing dance skills, strengthening the body and interacting with others.

Choreography and Production Workshop - A more advanced class focusing on improvisation and choreography. Dancers will choreograph and perform their own dances in a Spring Unrecital and other performances.

  • Dance – creative and therapeutic, including  FitRhythms,™ a drumming and dance workout.

  • Yoga – gentle and rehabilitative, therapy and classes.

  • Occupational Therapy – incorporating yoga techniques and sensory integration.

  • Individual Sessions – one on one with a therapist or instructor.

  • Supervision and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) also available.
